Pitch treats a deck as a team project with a lifecycle, and each phase has its own tools. Solo presenters use a third of the product; teams use all of it.
Generated starting point
Describe the presentation and Pitch generates a structured, styled draft. Its job is to move the team from imagine a deck to react to this deck, which is the point where collaboration can actually begin.
Slide-level teamwork
Live multiplayer editing, comments anchored to specific slides, and assignments that hand a slide to its owner. Every slide has a visible status, so the question is the deck done finally has an answer.
Engagement analytics

You answer and try things. Nobody demonstrates at you for five minutes.
- Generate the strawman. You brief the AI on audience and goal, then evaluate the draft as a discussion starter rather than a final.
- Divide the deck. You assign slides to owners and set statuses, turning a deck into a trackable project instead of a shared worry.
- Comment where it counts. You practice anchored feedback: comments tied to the slide and element they concern, not a long email nobody maps back.
- Keep six authors on brand. You apply shared templates and styles so a deck written by many people reads as one voice.
- Read the analytics. Given view data from a shared deck, you infer which sections work and what to change before the next send.
Before you start
Does the whole team need Pitch accounts?
Editors do; viewers do not. Anyone can open a shared link in the browser, and that link is also where engagement analytics come from. A free plan covers small-team basics.
Can I bring existing PowerPoint decks in?
Yes, Pitch imports PowerPoint files and exports back to PPTX and PDF. Imports usually need layout touch-ups, so it pays to migrate templates you will reuse rather than every one-off deck.
Is there any setup for this lesson?

We already collaborate fine in Google Slides. What would change?
Slides gives you co-editing and comments; Pitch adds the project layer around them: slide assignments and statuses, real template and brand control, and analytics on shared links.
