What you will do in the lesson
- Clear a stream. You triage ten messages with keys only: archive, snooze, or mark for reply.
- Snooze with intent. You send three messages to specific future moments instead of leaving them as reminders.
- Draft with AI. You give a five-word instruction and get a reply, then fix the one thing it got wrong.
- Set a follow-up. You send a message that will resurface if nobody answers by Thursday.
- Decide what deserves speed. You end by sorting your real inbox into streams and setting which one you check first.
