About Scholé

Scholé is an AI learning platform that teaches every employee how to use AI in their own role, rather than handing an entire company the same generic course.

What we do

Scholé builds personalized, role-specific AI training for organizations. The platform reads the job someone actually does (their function, their tools, their day-to-day tasks) and generates lessons against that, instead of a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Teams get adoption metrics that show who is genuinely using AI at work, and the documentation trail organizations need for EU AI Act literacy obligations.

Individual learners can start on their own at any time; organizations run Scholé across departments with assignments, skills tracking, and a dashboard. Pricing is published in full, from the free tier through enterprise.

Where we come from

Scholé is a spin-out of EPFL’s Machine Learning for Education lab, and rests on 10+ years of AI-for-education research from EPFL, UC Berkeley, and Harvard. Our founder, Vinitra Swamy, did her PhD on machine learning for education at EPFL and previously worked on AI infrastructure at Microsoft and on JupyterHub scaling at UC Berkeley.

The research is public: our publication record, the Tools Competition award, and EPFL’s write-up of the work.
