Teams and HR
Plans are annual, billed monthly, you’re not charged upfront for the full year. If you prefer to pay once, the annual option saves you more. You can switch or cancel at any time by emailing team@schole.ai

Teams is $87.50 per person per month with a 2 person minimum. Every additional person is $75/month. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: $875 per person for the first 2, $750 per additional person. Seats are added and removed from the admin dashboard. For larger organizations, email team@schole.ai for a custom quote.
The Product
Olé is your AI tutor inside Scholé. It starts by learning about your role, your tools, and your skill level, then builds your curriculum and teaches you directly, adapting its pace and difficulty in real time. It’s not a chatbot or a search bar. It’s a tutor that knows where you are and what you need next.
Documents you upload are used solely to personalize your lessons. They are not shared, not used to train models, and not accessible to other users. All company documents are stored encrypted in private machines with separate servers in Azure Switzerland (ISO, SOC2, and GDPR audits already ongoing). We have a thorough Data Protection Agreement for any team we work with. Email team@schole.ai if you have specific data handling questions.
Teams and compliance
Onboarding takes less than a day. No IT setup required. We configure learning paths based on your tools and org chart, learners can start the same week.
Scholé is certified under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, which requires companies to ensure employees have an adequate level of AI literacy. Training records are audit-ready and cover all mandatory employee categories. No last-minute scramble before the August 2026 deadline.
Scholé works as a standalone platform and integrates with most major LMS and HRIS tools. We confirm compatibility during an onboarding call.
