Teams is $95 per person per month with a 2 person minimum, and every additional person is $75/month. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: $950 per person, $750 per additional person. Seats are added and removed from the admin dashboard. For larger organizations, email team@schole.ai for a custom quote.
Olé is your AI tutor inside Scholé. It starts by learning about your role, your tools, and your skill level, then builds your curriculum and teaches you directly, adapting its pace and difficulty in real time. It’s not a chatbot or a search bar. It’s a tutor that knows where you are and what you need next.
Scholé never trains on your data, and our model providers are bound by no-training terms: agents contextualize in memory, and model and infra providers run under enterprise agreements. Documents are stored encrypted on Microsoft Azure in Switzerland and never shown to other users; AI model inference can run outside Switzerland, including in the US, under enterprise no-training terms. ISO 27001 certified, with a SOC 2® report on controls relevant to security, GDPR compliant, Data Protection Agreement for every team.
Onboarding takes less than a day. No IT setup required. We configure learning paths based on your tools and org chart, learners can start the same week.
Scholé supports your EU AI Act Article 4 AI-literacy obligation with per-employee training records. Article 4 requires companies to ensure employees have an adequate level of AI literacy.
