Scholé turns OS Training’s video library into adaptive, co-branded lessons

The partnership signing: a handshake across the table over the signed agreement.

A training company’s most valuable asset is its library, and the library is also the part that ages fastest, because each course is fixed on the day it is recorded while the tools it teaches keep changing.

OS Training has taught web development since 2008, first in person and then through a large library of self-paced video lessons. In 2026 its leadership concluded that publishing more courses into the same static format would not close that gap, and decided to change the format instead.

On 1 September 2026, OS Training launched its own AI-powered learning platform, with its lessons hosted on Scholé and delivered by Scholé’s lesson engine. The earlier entries in this series followed organizations training their own people. This one follows a training provider that brought its own curriculum, and it shows what any content owner can do with theirs.

The partnership

OS Training brought its course videos, its audience and its brand. Scholé brought the interactive lessons built around those videos, and personalization to each learner.

“The tools our learners use are changing faster than any fixed written or video curriculum can keep up with. And we realize that no two learners are the same. They have different roles, different backgrounds, and different amounts of time to give to their learning. So we came to a crossroads. We could either keep publishing courses into a static format already straining to keep up, or we could change the format. Now with Scholé, the platform adapts to each learner, instead of asking every learner to adapt to it.”

What Scholé provides

  • Video inside interactive lessons
  • Personalized to the learner’s own work
  • Co-branded site
  • AI agent tracks

A dedicated, co-branded instance. OS Training’s learners sign up at OS Training’s own address, read OS Training’s welcome and browse OS Training’s catalog. Nothing in the experience asks them to learn a second brand, which matters to a provider whose customer relationship is the business.

A lesson engine built around the learner. OS Training’s courses became 42 lessons that combine text and interactive activities, nearly all with the original videos, each credited to OS Training. Olé, Scholé’s AI tutor, opens each learner’s path with a conversation about their role and goals, then adjusts difficulty and pacing as they work. Every lesson is personalized to the learner’s own company and role, so the same Shopify lesson reads differently for a first-time store owner and for a developer building stores for clients.

More to learn for OS Training’s learners. Alongside OS Training’s own courses, learners have Scholé’s AI agent tracks from day one, so the same platform that teaches them to build for the web also lets them go further into building with AI.

Strategic impact

Moving the library onto Scholé keeps OS Training’s recordings at the center of the lessons, and the lesson built around each video keeps it current as the tools evolve. The Shopify lessons carry today’s pricing, the Block Patterns lessons cover WordPress 7.0 and 7.1, and WordPress Site Speed is a new lesson written for the platform.

For any organization that owns training content, the result separates two things that are usually bundled together. The library holds the expertise and the customer’s trust, while the format is only the container, and the container can be replaced without rebuilding what is inside it.

“The first thing you notice is that it doesn’t feel like a course platform. You have a conversation with Olé, and from there the lessons shape themselves around you. Our learners are going to feel that difference in the first five minutes.”

Mikall Angela Hill, CCO · OS Training

OS Training already had what is hardest to build: years of curriculum and an audience that trusts it. Hosting that curriculum on Scholé’s lesson engine lets each lesson respond to the learner taking it, under OS Training’s own name. The same option is open to any organization with lessons of its own, which can host them on Scholé and keep its brand and its learners.
